Our cakes start out with three layers of either Vanilla or Chocolate sponge cake. The different flavors come into play in the 2 layers of creams, fresh fruits, or preserves that they are filled with. Our icing choices include Vanilla or Chocolate Buttercream, Vanilla or Chocolate Whipped Cream, Soft Dark Chocolate Ganache, White Chocolate Ganache, and Cream Cheese Icing.

Our party cakes begin with three, tender cake layers—in either vanilla or chocolate sponge. The different flavors come into play with the fillings—2 layers of cream, fresh fruit or preserves. We also have a number of icings, including chocolate and vanilla butter cream, chocolate or vanilla whipped cream, soft dark chocolate ganache, white chocolate ganache and cream cheese icing.
