Our Star Line of cookies features petite linzer-dough sandwich cookies. These cookies are as pretty as they are tasty with a window of jewel-toned jam peaking through the cut-out tops of these classic sandwich cookies. Also included in our Star Line of cookies are hazelnut stars and vanilla kipferl—a nutty almond and walnut cookie dough rolled in powdered sugar. Pick up a few as a small bite for yourself or pick up a dozen to share.
Our Premium Line of cookies features delightful confections, layered with flavors and texture. Featuring double chocolate heart sandwich cookies, double chocolate star sandwich cookies, as well as spritz cookies, coconut kisses and our honey almond bar—the newest in customer favorites.
We also offer a number of specialty cookies, hand decorated sugar cookies, and petit fours. Our signature specialty cookie is the Cocos Cupel—a Viennese specialty featuring three layers offering different flavors and textures. Our hand decorated sugar cookies are iced and decorated with royal icing and sanding sugar. Our petit fours, dainty almond cakes with thin layers of raspberry preserves and marzipan (an almond dough), are finished with glossy poured fondant (or chocolate ganache)—Josef’s is Reno’s only purveyor of petit fours!
